Recommendation

One written recommendation. Which way round it runs is the fact about it, so direction and name are read together: name is always the OTHER person.

`direction`	string	received when somebody wrote this about the member, given when the member wrote it about somebody else. The same person can appear in both directions with different text.
`name`	string	The other person - the author on received, the subject on given.

`caption`	string	LinkedIn's rendered date and working relationship as one line. One string rather than a date and an enum because that is one sentence LinkedIn composes, and splitting it would mean guessing where.

Absent is not null: a field we did not get is omitted rather than sent as an empty string, so you can tell "LinkedIn does not have this" from "this person left it blank".
